The Union Cemetery

The historic Union Cemetery Association is a nonprofit corporation of volunteers which formed in March 1993 for the betterment of Union Cemetery. Our goals are to promote the preservation, restoration, and maintenance of Union Cemetery Historic Site. We promote educational programs and sponsor events of historical value and interest to the community. Our efforts are dedicated to the memory of the lives of those San Mateo County pioneers who are buried there.

Committees
There are committees for events, activities, and special projects, such as: horticulture and landscaping, preservation and restoration, historical research, grounds maintenance, publicity, and public education. If you would like to serve on a committee, or have special interests or skills, please indicate this on your membership application or contact any Board Member.

Board Meetings
The Board of Directors meets every month. Members are invited to attend Board Meetings.

Annual Meeting
A general meeting for all members is held in November.

Dues
Annual dues are due on January 1. Individual dues are $10 per year. Business or corporate dues are $25 per year. Organizations may join by donation. Donations in any amount are gratefully accepted and they are tax deductible.
